BALLET ANGEL CORELLA
Angel Corella started dancing with Victor Ullate when he was 10. Since then, he has been invited at Royal Ballet of London, Asutralia, Chile, Hungary, Finland, Puerto Rico, Tokyo, Bolshoi Ballet in New York and the Kirov Ballet in St. Peterburg. It is only normal, that today, he presents himself proud in Barcelona with his own Ballet, and sister as the main ballerina. Corella Ballet was founded in April 2009, and what started intially as a project to promote classical dance in Spain, has turned into the creation of a Residential School for professional classical dancers, probably in Figueres, only an hour away of Barcelona. What is clear of all this, is the passion of Angel, he only needs to appear seven minutes on stage to make the whole show worthwhile watching. Because his presence, his style and tour de force must be the example to all his dancers to follow, and to all those girls sat quietly hipnotysed watching the show, probably thinking how much they would love being one of the ballerinas....
